  6. Your website is failing badly. I tried to fix a supposed error in credit card information — help box said “space” or “dash” problem — by three times re-entering acct number, exp date & sec code with no success and no further explanation why the transaction didn’t go through. This is a GIGANTIC waste of time. I am going elsewhere for Mother’s Day flowers and won’t return to Teleflora. Dan Levy, San Francisco
